CURZON, Ross - Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at the age of 78. Son of the late Janet (nee Ross) and Frank Curzon. Brother to Donald McGarvey, Douglas McGarvey and Ann Corbett. Predeceased by brothers Kenneth and Robert McGarvey and sister Janet Gibbs (nee McGarvey). Born and raised in Toronto, he became internationally known to the CB world as the Canadian Blue Goose. Many weekends were spent attending coffee breaks in Erie, Pennsylvania, and many nights talking "skip". Ross enjoyed indulging in his many hobbies: boating, model trains and tra veling. Also known as Roscoe to many and an animal lover and rescuer. He will be missed. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St. (Hwy. 10, N. of QEW), on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, March 17, 2014 at 11 a.m. If desired, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
