BOB VISTORINO It is with great sadness that we announce Bob's passing on March 12, 2014 in his 69th year. He leaves behind his longtime love Bonnie, their children Brenda (Ryan) and Brian, his brothers Brian (Wendy) and Grant and the two precious joys of his life, his grandchildren Andrew and Abby. Bob joined his father at Victor Meats on St. Clair Ave. in the 1970s. With his business acumen and hard work, he was able to become a major supplier of quality meat products across Canada. He was especially proud that Victor Meats celebrated its 100th anniversary. He will best be remembered for his kindness, generosity and thoughtfulness shown to all who knew him. Bob loved to laugh, but also had a tender ear for all ages. He always had time for his family and friends. He loved downhill skiing, wilderness kayaking and golf. Bob's tranquility and peacefulness in his final days were a calming influence for those around him. A special thank you to Dr. Martina Trinkaus for all she has done for Bob and his family over the past 3 years. Thank you also to the Palliative Care Team at St. Michael's Hospital and to Ruth Turner at The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. Please join us for visitation at the Morley Bedford Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Ave. W. (two stoplights west of Yonge St.), on Sunday, March 16, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A celebration of life will be held at Glenview Presbyterian Church, 1 Glenview Ave., Toronto, on Monday, March 17, 2014 at 2 p.m., with a reception following at the Donalda Golf and Country Club. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Vistorino Lymphoma Fund will be greatly appreciated. Visit www.stmichaelsfoundation.com/vistorino
