CALISSE ANNE (HAZLITT) MADIGAN With heavy hearts, our family announces the death of Calisse, surrounded by family and friends at the Dorothy Ley Hospice on Saturday, April 19, 2014. Her death follows a courageous three-year battle with cancer during which she inspired all her loved ones and everyone she encountered. Calisse is mourned by her husband Kevin, her parents Bill and Elaine Hazlitt, her siblings Darryl (Dextra), Janine (Scott) and Patrick (Beth) and her nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle and cousins. She will be sadly missed by her numerous friends, co-workers and acquaintances. Special thanks to all her caregivers at the Princess Margaret Hospital and the Dorothy Ley Hospice for their care and support. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., Etobicoke (between Kipling and Islington Aves.) from 6-9 p.m. on Tuesday and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 3914 Bloor St. W., Etobicoke, on Thursday, April 24, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery. Due to the respiratory sensitivities of the family, no flowers please. In lieu, donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Society of the Little Flower and the Dorothy Ley Hospice.
