BOSMANS, Brother Lambert Gerard O.S.A. - Was born in Belgium on March 17, 1936. He died on April 20, 2014 at Marylake Augustinian Monastery, King City, Ontario, Canada. Brother Lambert was a very prayerful religious. He spent hours daily in praying the Holy Rosary, the Divine Office, the Chaplet of Divine Mercy and other devotions before the Blessed Sacrament. He was highly appreciated by his Augustinian confreres and the hundreds of pilgrims receiving service at Marylake Monastery and the Shrine. He served as a Sub prior and General Service assistant for the Shrine and the Monastery. Brother Lambert's quiet and reserved disposition, warm and genuine smile, kind and respectful welcoming remarks attracted many to Marylake. His diligence and punctual assistance will forever be remembered. Wake Service will be held at Marylake, 13760 Keele St. King City on Wednesday April 23, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday April 24, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. followed by interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Thompson Funeral Home, Aurora Ontario. Submitted with prayer to God and gratitude to all concerned. Marylake Augustinian Community
