HAMISH ANGUS MacDONALD McGREGOR Devoted husband, loving father and papa, dreamer, boat builder and adventurer. Passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness at the age of 78, surrounded by his loving family. Proud member of Millwrights Local 2309, Founding member of Bluffers Park Yacht Club. Former Merchant Marine, lived his dreams sailing the Caribbean on his beloved Clan McGregor. A life well lived. Survived by his loving wife Betty. Proud father to son Rod (Corinne), daughters Christine (Patrick) and Catherine (Jim), grandchildren Mackenzie, Ayva, Nicholas, Rory, and Elijah. Friends may call at the Roadhouse and Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St. S., Newmarket, on Monday, July 28, 2014 from 4-6 p.m. Funeral Service in the chapel at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Transplant Research Foundation of British Columbia (www.trfbc.org).
