To Alison, Janet and David and families:
Your Mother was an outstanding woman with values that were exceptional. I was overly joyed to attend the service on Saturday to hear the stories and the reasons I believed in your Mother all these years. You all are a great example of both your Mother and Father's upbringing....a true testament to your parents.
Jaquie will resst in peace now that she is with Alan as she lives on through her children and grandchildren.
Love
Joe

For me and many others, Jacquie Bradwshaw was UNICEF. Both she and Allen lived the values so critical to a compassionate society. This world is a poorer place without her, but richer for having had her on our team for so many years. She talked the talk but, more importantly, she walked the walk. She will be missed, but she leaves behind an image of what can be. She also leaves a wonderful and caring family. All in all, a grand legacy.

A sad time for the Bradshaw Family, but at least you have the satisfaction of knowing that the world is a far better place because of Jaquie's commitment to Unicef Ontario & Canada and other like organizations during her lifetime. I too have pleasant memories of working with her during my Unicef days. With kindest regards and my thoughts & prayers are with the Family at this time.

To Jackie's children:
Jackie was my mentor long distance in Thunder Bay for UNICEF, and when I dealt with family problems, she was there for me and I still think of her fondly...I will think of her every Hallowe'en and she made a real difference in my life, and the lives of thousands of children around the world. Jackie taught us how each one of us can make the world better and the world is truly poorer without her. - Ellen Liman, a UNICEF volunteer

Jacque Bradshaw was a remarkable woman. She and Alan represented the true spirit of social justice, of fairness and of
decency. They spent their lives in the service of others. I met Jacque at Unicef Ontario in 1974; she was a long time volunteer and then became the Executive Director of Ontario Unicef. Her service to UNICEF was enormous, particularly in the area of dealing with difficult issues surrounding the Hallowe'en programme.
It was sad that Jacque developed her disease at such an early age. The Bradshaw children have so much to take pride in, in their parent's lives.

Dear Jacquie:
In my thirty years of residing in Canada you were my mentor on all things international in the developing world, especially its children. After my secondment from Girl Guides of Ontario to the E-Dev Committee of UNICEF in the eighties, I recall asking you whether I could continue on that Committee in my own right and your fond reply was that I could do so. During those two tenures I learnt so much from you about the "State of the World's Children" (in addition to attending this event with you) and how we could help the world's children; You were there to guide me as I developed the Girl Guide Immunization Challenge and badge; together and with others we developed the Caribbean Literature Guide for the School Boards; spoke of and raised funds for UNICEF at Bahai and Agha Khan Foundation events and the list goes on....
I will also treasure how we we would attend the Stephen Lewis talks at U of T and how we went to the Nelson Mandela Event for Children in Toronto, not forgetting every UNICEF Ontario and UNICEF Canada AGM weekend I attended to be awed by amazing guest speakers + your gentle dedication to all things "third world".
Thank you Jacuqie for enabling me to touch others through you and UNICEF. Thank you also for the memories which I remember and will recall now and in the future.
Literature talks of a "Man for All Seasons". To me you are a "Lady for All Seasons".
May you rest in peace.
