ROSS, Robert Harvey (Bobbie, Bob Jr.) - June 23, 1942- January 1, 2013 Longtime resident of Richmond Hill, Ontario, died peacefully at Hilltop Manor, Cambridge, Ontario, with family at his side. Predeceased by his parents, Robert (1987) and Zelma (1994). Survived by his sister Rosemary Clark and husband Dave of Guelph and brother Ian and wife Franci of Washago. Fondly remembered by nephews Ross Hammond (Karen), Cameron Ross (Nancy) and niece Whitney Lenoce (Mike). "Uncle Bob" also to Dave's kids and families. Bob was long time CEO of "Bob's Skate Shop" in Elgin Barrow Arena and sponsor of Bob's Boys Hockey Teams. Bob's life in sports involved many Richmond Hill teams. He also received a number of awards and recognitions related to his many contributions to sports. He is remembered for his positive outlook on life, sense of humour, and his love of family. Visitation will be held at THE MARSHALL FUNERAL HOME, 10366 Yonge St., Richmond Hill (4th traffic light north of Major Mackenzie Dr.) on Friday, January 4, 2013 from 1 p.m. until time of service in the chapel at 2 p.m. Private family Interment at Aitchison Family plot, St. John's Norway. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hill House Hospice, 36 Wright St., Richmond Hill.
