BOZENA CIZEK It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Bozena on January 6, 2013 in her 86th year. Predeceased by her husband Otto Cizek. Survived by Milan, Donna, George, Alena, Slavek, Rudy, Jerry, Jasmine and Diane, 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 13th at 5 p.m. at THE SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL CENTRE - MISSISSAUGA, 1535 South Gateway Road (at Dixie Road, two lights south of Eglinton), 905-602-1580.
