PETER MIKOLAJEWSKI Passed away after a short battle with cancer on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Beloved wife for 56 years of Maria. Loving father of Tricia, his "Schätzchen" and her husband Hugh Owen. Cherished Opa of Erin, Michelle and David. Dear brother-in-law of Axel Fritz and his wife Hannelore. Uncle of Axel, Stephen, Martin and their families. Special thanks to Dr. Maida and the Palliative Care Team at Etobicoke General Hospital. Friends will be received at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Ave. (north of Rexdale Blvd.), on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 from 12 p.m. until memorial service in the chapel at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
