ROY LANGDON At home on July 9, 2013, at the young age of 92, of an apparent heart attack. Amazing caregiver and beloved husband of Betty, loving father of Jane (Joe), Chris (Lynne) and Sarah, proud grandfather of Zachary and dear friend of Joan MCKenzie. Roy served in WWII with the RCAF as a radar technician in West Africa. His long business career included insurance and real estate brokerage as well as teaching the real estate licensing program. Always curious and outgoing, Roy was a kind man whose active life belied his age. Gentleman, anglophile, golfer, music lover, an avid member of the Edithvale Senior's Snooker Club and friendly neighbour at Gates of Bayview. Informal visitation with family and celebration of life Tuesday, July 23, 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. at Edithvale Community Centre, 131 Finch Ave. W. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer Society or Heart & Stroke Foundation.
