BLACK, Harold E. (Buster) - Past Patron, Eastern Star (Scarborough Chapter 231), Masonic Lodge (Coronati 520), IOF (Court Futura), Hat & Rabbit Association - Linking Ring 17 (Kambla the Magician), Circus Fans Association (Buster the Clown), CN Railway - 37 years service (Blackie). After a recent leg amputation, at the age of 89 Harold peacefully passed away at Scarborough General Hospital on November 20, 2013 with his loving family by his side. Predeceased by his wife Pauline on February 23, 2010. Loving father of Beverley Williamson (Bob), Marilyn Dean (Paul), Ken Black (Lindsay). Remembered affectionately by his 6 grandchildren Laura (Gary), Jennifer (Mike), Alison, Kaitlyn, Kathryn, Matthew and great- grandchildren Lucas, Corianna, Gillian. Relatives and friends may call at the Scarborough Chapel of McDougall & Brown, 2900 Kingston Rd. (east of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-4656), on Friday, November 22nd from 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Eastern Star service will follow starting at 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 23rd at St. David's Presbyterian Church, 1300 Danforth Rd., Scarborough (north of Eglinton Ave. E.). Reception to follow in St. David's Village next door. Interment Resthaven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. David's Presbyterian Church (416-267-7897) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
