Connie and I were in elementary school At St Antonins and
played hockey together for Sam Pollack winning the City
Bantam championship inn 1943. I am so sorry. He was a good
person and player. I was the lousy goalkeeper. I still have photo of our team.

I first met Connie in 1978 when I joined Molson's in the Toronto Fleet Street brewery. As remember as a young recruit being very impressed with the way he spoke to the team, his presence and how he took time to speak with me personally. He took an interest in everyone he met. We spoke again some years later in the Montreal brewery shortly after I became a brewer and I remember vividly the technical discussions we had on making beer. He was very well respected in both of those breweries as a demanding but fair leader and was responsible for shaping many careers within Molson. We raise our glass to Connie, for he will be sorely missed.

With sincerest condolences.
I worked with Connie for many years at Molson, both in Montreal and in Toronto, and appreciated his many talents and great humor. He was a fine man and will be sorely missed.
