To the Founds & Blackfords,
Karen's Celebration of Life was wonderful. Janice and I (cousins) were so glad to be able to attend. Karen's life was full of love, laughter and life. She is so like her mother - my "Aunt" Lorraine. For those who will remember her, Aunt Lorraine is "yodelling" out the door from above and telling Karen it is time to come "home". Great memories. God Bless you all. Love Sharon

Trevor, Jeremy, Alison and Daniel, we have lots of good memories of our early days on Glengrove when everyone got together. Your mom always had a smile and cheery welcome and her positive attitude has carried her through many difficulties. Regrettably we are unable to attend the Memorial Service but our thoughts are with you all.

We had the priviledge of living next door to Karen for almost 13 years. I'll never forget the joy on her face when we told her that we had given birth to a little girl. Since then Karen was a very big part of our family's lives. She never forgot our daughter when she traveled and every birthday we had a package waiting on our doorstep.
We will miss and love you always Karen.
Rest peacefully and may your memory be eternal.

Karen was a patient in our clinic at Sunnybrook for many years, and despite her chronic and challenging health issues alway had a smile on her face and a laugh 'about life'

MY deepest condolences to you all on the loss of your mom.
I was very fortunate to have gotten to know her well over the years working at Sunny View. I feel very privileged to have known her. I remember her thoughtfulness, kindness and her strength and perseverance and most of all her love of her family and her friends. I know from my own recent experience that it is very difficult to lose a parent but I also know that they will continue to live on in all of you. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers.
God Bless.
