Well Danny you left your mark with friends who are obviously swept away by your too early departure. Gina was always so proud of you and rightly so judging by the condolences posted. My memories go to the 12 year old boy next door with a comb always in his pocket, engaging smile and twinkle in his eyes. I was the 17 year girl next door who was always teasing you and loving every moment of our repartee. Also the fearless girl who accompanied your Dad while he practised for his 5th attempt for a driver's license and finally made it! Ah so many memories of the Antonacci foursome, I'm so proud of what I've read about you and Earl Haigers take note I too am one of you. Linda I would love to have you contact me so I can learn more of Dan's life. You left the 'stage' far, far too soon to everyone's regret, mine certainly included.

I and my wife, Elinor will really miss Danny. During the last several years, we only got to see him yearly at the EHCI 50's Reunion. I've known Danny nearly 64 years, since Gr.9 and had many great chin-wags with him. He was a lot of fun; a really great, knowledgeable guy. We're sure going to miss him.

Oh Dan, so sad to see you leaving us sooner that expected. It was in Gr.9 at Earl Haig we first met. To me, you were always the coolest guy, seemingly unflappable. Even the tone of your voice gave an air of self-confidence and you were a walking (talking) book of knowledge. Always very quiet and unpretentious, I bet some of your family and business associates did not know what an excellent musician you were. I loved your guitar playing and singing "The House Of Blue Lights". Well, you are in that big house of blue lights now. We'll miss you, man.

Dear Danny,

I have known you since High School at Earl Haig and over the last 45 years we have enjoyed each others company, on and off, as good friends and loving companions.

We had sooo many wonderful weekends over the most recent years, as we hung out together laughing and reminising . I will never forget them.

I will miss your daily phone calls where you would report on your most recent news and give me only a few minutes to talk.

My Daughter Laura, remembers you dropping by with all kinds of Schneider's goodies for us, which we appreciated and enjoyed. Also my Grandson, David, who is now 18 years old, remembers you chasing him around my home when he was only 2 1/2 years old calling him Bum-Boggie!!.

This is a very sad time for me; I will never forget you. You left us ALL too soon!

Take Care, Love, Carolyn. XOXOX

It was always a pleasure to bump into you or see you commin in my direction on the sidewalk up ahead Danny. Always a smile, a joke,a question and or a story or two about what's happened since we last met up and never a bad word to say to me about anyone. Peace to you my friend and to yours and to all that love you.
