Joyce was someone we all looked up to. She was a good friend to my Mom and Dad (Peggy & John Wegren). She will be truly missed. She really was the definition of elegance.

I'm so sorry for your loss. My mom and dad so enjoyed sharing coffee with your folks after church. I remember Joyce as a woman of great poise and grace.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother, but I know she will be welcomed in the arms of her loving Emerson. They were a wonderful couple and I was always made welcome as Sharon's friend. We had some great times with your mom in our after highschool chats in the kitchen on Willow..Joyce was always a loving and kind lady. God Bless.

Graceful and kind are two words that come to mind when I think of Mrs. Summach. From a very young girl I always remember knowing that I mattered, Mrs. Summach didn't treat children any different than she did adults. The loss of a Mom is big, talk of her often, she deserves no less.
