Byron MACDONALD Obituary
55, Truro passed away from this world to that special fishing hole beyond on May 22, 2014. Born March 5, 1959 in Melfort, Saskatchewan, he was a son of the late Roy Ross and Elsie Florida (Derosiers) MacDonald. He is survived by two grown daughters, Chantel and Ashley; his sister, Sheryl Spence (Dave), Warman, Saskatchewan; two brothers, Rick MacDonald (Sharon), Barry MacDonald (Karen), both of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and many nieces and nephews. Byron moved to Nova Scotia from Saskatchewan over 25 years ago. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting, gardening and taking his furry friends for long walks. Whether a cat or dog he always had one sharing the foot of his bed. The family would like to thank Malcolm Davis for his friendship and support during this sad time. Malcolm was a wonderful friend to our brother so far from his family. Thank you. No Visitation or Service by request. Byron will be interred at a later date back in Saskatchewan and laid to rest beside his mother at Pre St. Marie, Saskatchewan. Arrangements entrusted to Colchester Community Funeral Home, Truro.
