It is with heavy hearts that the family announce that Mr. David John Hay, 52 years, of Humboldt passed away at Humboldt District Hospital on Sunday, February 10, 2013. David will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his father Joe Hay of Humboldt, three sisters and one brother and their families: Donna (Lyle) Schneider of St. Walburg and family, Chris of Calgary, Carmen of St. Walburg and Mike of Calgary, Joan (Robert) Hoffman of Lloydminster, AB, and family, Arla (Gerald) Macnab and children Connor, Rogan and Quinn, and Jaime (Ray) Seguin, all of Lloydminster, AB and Whitney Hoffman of St. Walburg, Grant (Lillian) Hay of Rocky Mountain House, AB and family, Rebecca (Josh) Zezula and children Micheal, Hailey, Thayne and Scarlett of Leslieville, AB, Joe Hay (Sara) and son Evan of Red Deer, AB and Cody Hay of Sylvan Lake, AB, and Arla (Larry) Berting of Humboldt and family Jesse Lefebvre of Vonda, Mitchell and Brandon Berting of Humboldt. David was predeceased by his mother, Agnes Hay (January 22, 2012), brother, Tim Hay (February 26, 2012), maternal grandparents, William and Rose (nee Rauw) Frank, paternal grandparents, John and Margaret (nee Batty) Hay and uncle, William Parker. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 8, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. from Malinoski & Danyluik Funeral Home, Hwy 5 East Humboldt, celebrated by Fr. Gregory Roth. Memorial donations in David's memory may be directed to St. Augustine Parish Building Fund or Saskatchewan Abilities Council, 2310 Louise Ave. Saskatoon, SK S7L 2C7. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to MALINOSKI & DANYLUIK FUNERAL HOME, Humboldt 306-682-1622.
