Donald Harry Biliske It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing from cancer of our husband, father, and grandfather on February 16, 2012. Don is lovingly remembered by wife, Loreen; daughters, Sherri (Bob) Lang and grandson Nathaniel, and Shannon Lozinski; sisters, Jo Sherry and Blanche (Paul) Byford; brothers-in-law, Lawrence (Wanda) Heuchert and Irvin (Lois) Heuchert; and special nieces, nephews, and cousins. Don had a warm heart and a gentle spirit. He loved to garden, travel all over the world (although Hawaii was always his favourite), and completed many building projects. Family and church activities were important to him. He enjoyed the time he was with his grandson Nathaniel. He was born and grew up on a farm near Warman, and later lived in the town of Warman. His first job was working in a general store (Ben Ens) in Warman, then he worked 2 years for Myers Construction followed by a 40 year satisfying career with Co-operative Associations in Saskatoon, Biggar, North Battleford, and Unity. Don married Loreen (Heuchert) in 1965 when he was grocery manager at the North Battleford Co-op, and they had 46 wonderful years together, even working together while owning and operating D & L Foodmaster in Saskatoon from 1967 1969. He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Katherine Biliske; infant brother Robert; sisters, Kay Appelt, Elsie Badgley, Dorothy Blum; and brothers-in-law Tom Sherry, Theo Appelt, Bill Badgley, and Herman Blum.
