LENZ, Doris April 12, 1928 - July 6, 2018 Doris passed away on July 6, 2018 at St. Paul's Hospital with her daughters by her side, holding her hand. She is survived by daughters Faye (Harvey) Schlichemeyer, Gwen (Ron) Pilon, Colleen Mauvieux (Angelo), and Kim; 11 grandchildren and their spouses, and 20 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Maxine Webber, great-grandson Lane, brothers Selwyn, Ted and Morris and baby sister Murielle. Mom's greatest treasure was her family and spending time with them. The hugs from the little great-grandchildren brought so much joy to her. She loved to watch curling at home and at the rink, where she was endearingly called "gramma" by all. It made her feel very special. Blue Jays games were always an event in our home, we always cheered them on. She would often say, "I think they heard us all the way in Toronto!" Mom had the most selfless and kindest of hearts. She was quick to forgive and forget. We will cherish all our moments and laughs. We love you, and will miss you forever and ever Momma. The Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at The Belle-A-Drome, 310 - 2nd Ave. S., Duck Lake, Sk. Arrangements entrusted to MARTENS WARMAN FUNERAL HOME (306-934-4888).
