DAHLSEIDE, Leslie Angus August 7, 1940 - June 7, 2018 Leslie Angus Dahlseide of Asquith passed away peacefully at home in his easy chair two months short of his 78th birthday. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 55 plus years Joan, his four sons, Darren (Susanne), Michael (partner Deanne), Larry "Oscar" (Sharleen) - Dallas, and Zachary, Ryan (Crystal) - Xaverie, Jackson (partner Angel) and Natashia. Brothers Mel (Colleen) and John. Brother-in-law Herb Allen, sister-in-law Laurel Rakochuk. Many nieces, nephews and coffee row friends. Predeceased by his father Marvin, mother Pearl, sister Ruby Allen, brother Earl (Betty), in-laws Tony, Mary and Bill Rakochuk. Les was in the fuel business for 36 years. Living in the community all his life he served in various roles for town, school and church. Fastball, baseball, hockey and curling played a great part in his life - participating coaching, managing or watching his sons and grandsons. He was the recipient of the Volunteer Medal and the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at the Asquith Baptist Church.
