The family resided in Toronto, Deep River and Ottawa ON. Jane moved to Saskatoon in 2008, developing many new and vital friendships in and around Riverside Terrace where she resided.
Jane was a strong woman of faith. Upon moving to Saskatoon, she found a spiritual home among the welcoming priests at the Mazenod Residence. She loved to sing barbershop and spent many years as a member of the Capital Chordettes in Ottawa. Involvement in this group took her to various competitions, many of them international in scope. She continued singing with the Merry Misfits here in Saskatoon. Jane had a passion for archaeology and paleontology. This interest manifested itself in a volunteer position for over 25 years at the Museum of Nature in Ottawa.
Jane took great pride in her children and grandchildren and was a fabulous mother and grandmother. She and Hank loved the adventure of travel together, exploring the Arctic and Antarctica in successive years and many points in between.
Jane, yours was a life well lived, a life worth celebrating, but we will still miss you.
