The family of Michael (Mike) Nagle celebrate the life of a great father, Papa, brother, friend and gentleman. Mike passed away peacefully at his residence and is at the ultimate end of his journey with God in his final home in heaven. Mike lived every single day to the fullest. He spent most of his 80 years in Saskatoon during which time he made long lasting impressions on the citizens and the community in general. Mike was a very compassionate man that truly loved people, loved life, and loved a good conversation with a good friend. Mike married Gwendolyn (Wyn) Erickson, who together, raised two beautiful girls, Kara and Michele (Andrew Kiesman). Mike became the proud grandfather of two wonderful boys, Mitchell and Thomas. He loved his grandsons very much and loved to spend time with them, playing games and making them laugh. Mike spent most of his career with Century 21 Klombies. He was heavily involved with John Dolan School, Elmwood Residences and the Vipond Charity Golf Classic, to name a few. When he wasn't working or volunteering his time, you could always find Mike on the golf course which was a passionate past time of his, spending over 35 years as a member of the Saskatoon Golf and Country Club. There he made many memories and met some great friends whom he always spoke very highly of. His intelligence, insight and his ability to listen touched a lot of people and for that we are thankful. Papa, you will be truly missed and we are thankful in our prayers that we were able to enjoy so many meaningful years with you and know that you are finally at peace with God. "Swing easy Mike." A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Anne's Parish (217 Lenore Drive) on Tuesday, December 11th at 11:00 a.m. Condolences may be forwarded to www.mourningglory.ca Arrangements in care of John Schachtel - MOURNING GLORY FUNERAL SERVICES (978-5200)
