Cst. Vance Wilfred Arcand 1974 2011 The passing of Cst. Vance Wilfred Arcand, age 37 years of Saskatoon occurred on Friday, May 13, 2011 with his family by his side at the Royal University Hospital. Vance served as a Police Officer with the Saskatoon Police Service from 2006 until his passing. Surviving are, his loving wife Michelle, his daughter Taylor, his son Tyler, his parents Wilfred and Helen Arcand; one sister, nine brothers, Glen, Cameron, Ken, Chester, Eugene, Anthony, Heather, Lance, Wilfred J., Matt, adopted brother Robbie Warclub, adopted brother / special friend Gerald Halcro, and their families. There will be a Prayer Service on Sunday evening May 15, 2011 at 7:00 pm from Park Funeral Chapel, 311-3rd. Ave. North, Saskatoon. The Saskatoon City Police will escort Cst. Vance Arcand from the Police Station on Monday, May 16, 2011 at 9:00 am to Park Funeral Chapel for a Service conducted by Chaplain Joel Diamond. Immediately following this service Cst. Vance Arcand will then be escorted to Beardy's & Okemasis First Nation to the Willow Cree Memorial Sports Complex for the Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 pm.
