The death of Winnie Kasahoff age 81 years of Langham occurred Friday, January 4, 2013. Winnie was born in British Columbia and moved to Saskatchewan when she married Peter. They farmed and raised their family in the Langham district. Winnie is survived by her son: Leonard (Evelyn), grandson: Trevor (Taryn), their family Amber, Austin, Tyler and Carson; granddaughter Erin (Curtis) Paquin, their family Brenna and Ashlyn; son John and his children Carla and Geoffrey; and son Ken (Ginette) and his family Karrie, Katherine, Troy and Kelly; two special nieces, Lena Johnston and Christine Mah. She was predeceased by her husband Peter in 2002. Winnie loved and enjoyed gardening, baking, bingo, Kaiser, and especially time with her great grandchildren. She will be lovingly remembered as an excellent cook, especially her famous cabbage rolls and Russian tarts. A family service will be held at a later date.
