Margaret Bueckert
May 20, 1926 – January 27, 2014
Margaret passed away on January 27, 2014 at Warman Mennonite Special Care Home at the age of 87 years. She was born to Bernhard and Helena Hiebert on May 20, 1926 in the village of Hochstat, SK. Margaret was predeceased by her parents Bernhard and Helena Hiebert, two year old daughter Helen in November 1952, her husband Frank in April 1978, daughter-in-law Tammy in January 2003 and her son John in August 2013. She leaves to mourn her children, Frank (Margaret) Bueckert, daughter-in-law Eva Bueckert, Sarah (Dave) Wall, daughter Nettie Bueckert, Maria (John) Harder, Willie (Kathy) Bueckert, Ruben (Barb) Bueckert, Anna (Jake) Teichroeb, Carl (Wanda) Bueckert, 26 grandchildren, 1 foster grandchild, and 16 great-grandchildren. Margaret is survived by two sisters, Katharina Friesen and Ann Guenther, two brothers Gerhard Hiebert and Isaac (Sarah) Hiebert, sisters-in-law Eva Peters, Susan Unger, Ann Bueckert, Lena Hiebert, Agnes Hiebert, and brother-in-law George Enns. We want to say a special thank you to the Warman Mennonite Special Care Home, administration and staff that did such a wonderful job looking after our mother. Viewing will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2014 – 7:30 p.m. at Dalmeny Funeral Home, 139 3rd Street, Dalmeny, SK. Funeral Service will be held Friday, January 31, 2014 – 1:30 p.m. at the Warman Bergthaler Mennonite Church, 206 2nd Street West, Warman, SK. with interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Warman Mennonite Special Care Home, Box 100 Warman, SK S0K 4S0. Arrangements entrusted to DALMENY FUNERAL HOME (306-254-2022).
