Bowes, Theodore Robert (Ted)
December 30, 1958 – March 9, 2014
With heartfelt sorrow, the family and friends of Ted announce his untimely passing at the age of 55, of a heart attack, in Saskatoon, SK. Left to mourn his passing are his beloved daughter, Miranda Bowes, of Sylvan Lake, AB; his mother, Doris Bowes (Milk) of Englehart, ON; sisters, Linda Rodgers (Calvin); Lois Bowes (Gary Grant); nieces, nephews and numerous friends. He was predeceased by his father, Robert Wm. Bowes and his stepfather Arthur Wallace. Ted was born in Englehart and moved to Saskatoon in 1980. Ted had many passions in life but his greatest love was for his daughter, Miranda. He was so very proud of the woman she has become. Ted loved being outdoors whether at work surveying or disc golfing and fishing with his buddies. He was an amazing cook and was never far from the kitchen at any gathering with his friends. Ted will be forever in our hearts and always missed. Rest in paradise, "Teddy Bear." There will be a celebration of Ted's life on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 11:00 am, Saskatoon Funeral Home (338 4th Avenue North). Ted's family looks forward to meeting his many friends. Please take a moment to share a fond memory of Ted with them. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Ted's memory.
