LOUISE (GREEN) THOMSON Louise passed away peacefully on February 3, 2011 at Oliver Lodge, Saskatoon, SK, at the age of 90. Louise was born in Harrisburg, ON on March 20, 1920. At the age of eight Louise and her family moved west to live in Dinsmore, SK where she completed her grade 12. After the war Jack and Louise moved to Saskatoon. Thomson's Delivery Ltd. was started by Jack and Louise Thomson in 1946 and continues today as a family business in Saskatoon. Louise is survived by her children, Carol (Monty) Murphy, Glenys (Brian) Weedon, Corinne Thomson and Drayton Eldon (Wendy) Thomson; her grandchildren Sherry (Kerry) Ruddick, Greg (Debbie) Murphy, Todd (Laurie) Murphy, Page Newton, Shannon (Shane) Wolfe, Jaime Weedon, Cali Weedon, Natascha Radchenko, Ryan Radchenko, Cassidy Thomson, Delaney Thomson; and her great grandchildren Jeremy, Erin, Stephanie, Kimberly, Emily, Brett, Brooklyn, Hanna and Carmen, Riley; and very special friends August Kramer and Olga Michalenko. Louise was predeceased by her husband Jack Oliver Thomson (1991); her father, Durward Green; mother, Loreen (Misener) Green; father-in-law, Drayton Thomson; mother-in-law, Jennie (Atkinson) Thomson; and her brothers, Chester Green and George Green; and sister, Jean (Green) Thomson; and her dancing partner and special friend Ken (Peck) Smith. Memorial in celebration of Louise's life will be held Saturday, February 19, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Mayfair United Church, 902 33rd St W, Saskatoon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mayfair United Church; Oliver Lodge -Angels of Care, 1405 Faulkner Cres, Saskatoon S7L 3R5, or Alzheimer's Society of SK, 1405 Faulkner Cres., Saskatoon, S7L 3R5.
