It is with heavy hearts that the family of Elsie Paul-Dyck announce her passing in her 94th year on May 9, 2013. Elsie was born on March 5, 1919 and took her schooling at Beulah School near her parent's original homestead north of Earl Grey, SK. She married George E. Paul on October 30, 1943 and they were together for 42 years until George's passing. As a widow, she met and married Jacob Dyck of Hanley and they were together until his passing in 2005. Left to cherish Elsie's memory are her daughter Sandra (Irwin) Kempin of Hinton, AB, and her sons Ken (Gwen) Paul, Marlowe (Gaetane) Paul, Clarence (Patti) Paul, and Colin (Elisa) Paul, all of Saskatoon, SK. Elsie is predeceased by her daughter Loretta-Jean McCoy of Calgary, AB. Elsie is survived by 16 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. Thank you to all the wonderful caregivers at Circle Drive Alliance Care Home. A Memorial Service in Elsie's memory will be held on 30 May at 2:00 p.m. in Prairie View Chapel at the Circle Drive Alliance Church. Online condolences may be sent to www.hillcrestmemorial.ca.
