It was always fun and an honor to work with Tom on many projects for the Human Resource Community. His was so full of knowledge that you thought he was a walking storage database of everything AG. Since his retirement it has been a challenge to find that special person to fill his position. I am truly saddened by his passing. The world is a lesser place without him. Our prayers are with the Wallace family and I am sure God will bless them in their time of sorry.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Wallace family during this difficult time. I was fortunate to work with Tom at the AG School from 2002 until his retirement from civilian service. His contributions to the AG and HR community are noteworthy and have been missed since his retirement and will be missed even more with his passing. Rest in Peace.

I worked with Tom at the Soldier Support Institute at Fort Jackson, SC from 2002-2010, when he retired. He was a great man whose life ended too soon. He is missed. Condolences to his family.
