Rosa Mae Dozier BATESBURG - Rosa Mae Dozier, 69, of Henry Street, Batesburg, SC, entered into eternal rest on Monday, Oct 28, 2013, in the Augusta Burn Center. Funeral service will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday, November 2 at Ridge Branch Baptist Church with Pastor, William N. Yarber presiding. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. She was born December 11, 1943, to the late Albert and Annie Mae Whitt. Rosa Mae was married to the late Frank Dozier and she was employed at Rikards Nursing Home for over 30 years. She leaves to cherish her memory, three loving daughters, Linda (Lanies) Gray, Jr., Mary Frances (Johnny) Tolen, Batesburg, Janice (Erro) Wedderburn, Columbia; seven sons, James (Bridgett) Dozier, North Augusta, Ricky (Kenya) Dozier, Glenn Whitt, Larry Whitt and Steven Dozier, all of Batesburg, Frank Dozier and Willie Lee Dozier; two sisters, Elise (Freddie) Powell, Viola Jeffrey, Monetta; one brother, Odell Whitt, seven sisters-in-law, and a host of grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
