Scott Johnson CONWAY - Jeffery Scott Johnson of Conway, SC, left to be with the Lord on Feb. 26, 2013. He passed away at home following a tragic accident last month. He leaves behind his wife, Laurie Lacombe of Conway, and daughter, Zoe Johnson of Lexington, SC. Scott also leaves behind a sister, Dawn Beane of Rock Hill, SC, and a brother, Shane Johnson of Gastonia, NC. He was predeceased by his mother, Kathleen Johnson, and father, Henry Johnson, Jr. Scott was born December 4, 1963 in Gastonia, NC. He graduated from R.J. Reynolds High School and attended Piedmont College. Scott was employed as a Class A CDL Driver for Benton Concrete in Conway, SC. Scott was a devoted husband, father, a perfect gentleman with a smile, always ready to help a friend, neighbor, or the community. He enjoyed football, basketball, and riding his jet ski. Scott will be greatly missed by his family, friends, coworkers and neighbors.
