Malcolm L. "Red" Browder COLUMBIA - Malcolm L. "Red" Browder, 67, of Columbia, died Friday, January 17, 2014. Born on October 15, 1946 in Columbia, SC, he was a son of the late Harry B. Browder, Jr. and Mary Edna Feagin Browder. Mr. Browder was a veteran of the US Army having served in Germany and was an avid Gamecock fan. Survivors include his wife, Suzanne Proietti Browder; brothers, Joe (Mary Ann) Browder of Batesburg, Louis (Ginger) Browder of Gilbert; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sister, Barbara. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 o'clock, Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Eau Claire Baptist Church with The Rev. James A. Goudelock officiating. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church an hour prior to the service beginning at 1:00.
