Patrick Stone Obituary
He was born October 20, 1974, in Lake City, to Atlas Wayne "Bill" and Noonie Stone of Johnsonville. Patrick graduated from Johnsonville High School. He attended college at Clemson University where he studied engineering. After graduation, he returned to Johnsonville as an engineer for Wellman. It was then that he met his wife, Erin Poston. They were married in June 2004. They relocated to Columbia where Patrick was a Process Engineer for Zeus Industrials and Erin worked as a fundraiser for the non-profit sector. They celebrated the birth of their daughter, Cameron Grace Stone, December 31, 2007.
He was an active member of East Columbia Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Mr. Stone is survived by his wife, daughter, mother, father, two brothers, Eric Stone and Shep Stone, grandmother, Gracie Stone, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive visitors on Saturday, October 22, 2011, at Prospect Pentecostal Holiness Church, Lake City, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. A memorial service will follow.
The family will then receive visitors on Sunday, October 23, 2011, at East Columbia Pentecostal Holiness Church from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. A memorial service will follow.
The Patrick Stone Memorial Fund has been established for the benefit of Mr. Stone's daughter. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Patrick Stone Memorial Fund, c/o Arthur State Bank, 2140 Beltline Blvd., Columbia, SC 29204. Online register Barr-Price.Com 803-356-4411

Dearest Erin and Cameron,
Words cannot express the sympathy we are feeling for you both at this moment. You are an amazing woman, wife and mother. Your blog was a window into your beautiful soul and I know God is caring for you now just as He has healed Patrick. He DID fight a heroic fight with all his might. You will continue to be in my daily devotions as you have been for months. God bless you both and now rest in the arms of our Father who will comfort your sorrow.
