LAWSONVILLE — Nancy Jane Stanley Morefield, 76, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday night, July 19, 2015 at Pioneer Community Hospital of Stokes.
She was born March 7, 1939, in Surry County, to Edgar and Ralsie Stanley.
The Family will receive friends from 6:30-8:00 pm, Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Burroughs Funeral Home and other times at the home.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband; William Leroy Morefield.
Surviving is her 3 children; Michael Anthony Quesinberry and wife Nan of Iowa, Nancy Bullins and husband Gary of Lawsonville, and Anita Jones of Lawsonville, a sister; JoAnn Jones of Mt. Airy, brother; Jerry Stanley of Thomasville, 5 grandchildren; Alisha Jones, Clint Quesinberry, Arminda Bullins, Michaela Bullins, and Kelly Woods , and 1 great-grandchild; Peyton Woods.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Stokes County Humane Society, P.O. Box 102, Danbury, NC, 27016.
