KING — Wyvone Henry Ashburn, 71, of King, died Thursday, June 25, 2015, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem after a period of declining health. He was born May 3rd, 1944, in Surry County to the late Coogie and Ollie Ashburn.
Wyvone was always a hard worker and worked for over 4o years at Triad Restoration in Winston-Salem, NC.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers; Nelson, Jimmy and Joe Bill. Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Judy Gordon Ashburn of the home; four daughters; Kim Ashburn of Winston-Salem, NC, Lynet Ashburn of Yadkinville, NC; Tammy Ashburn Michaux (Wayne) of Summerfield, NC; Angela Ashburn Knight (Noah) of Stuart, VA; seven precious grandchildren, Monika, Joshua, Mallory, Dakota, Kristen, Kaylee, Abby; four great grandchildren, Cloey, Nathan, Cameron and Bristol. Surviving siblings of Wyvone three sisters, Norma Gene Ashburn Kinnley (Larry) Judy Ashburn Case (Putt) and Elaine Ashburn Cecil. Special thanks to Peggy and Billy Martin for all of their love and support. Wyvone also had many self-proclaimed "adopted" children that must be mentioned as they are part of the family; sons include; Trey, Sam, Jeremy, Michael and Zack, daughters; Beth and Katie and Alicia. Last but certainly not least Wyvone's loyal and devoted fur baby "Spiderman".
Wyvones' request has body be cremated and there will be no formal visitation or memorial service.

Judy and Family We have known you and Wyvone ever since we moved to Hanson Rd.in 1997..Throughout the year's knowing you all we have special memories and will have of Wyvone..He was given and a good person..He will be missed..We love you and praying God blesses you and your family through the loss of your loved one. Sorry for your loss. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. When I think of him I smile because I have so many fun memories of the time I spent with my "other" parents. Love and miss you all.

He was the strongest person I know and he will be missed by many. I love you so much papa I wish you was still here with us but you're not in any pain anymore and in a better place. I know you'll be watching over us. I miss you so much . We'll make grandma company and will watch after her don't worry <3
