Selena Jovanelly of Scranton died Tuesday at Regional Hospital of Scranton following an illness.
Born in Elizabeth, N.J., daughter of the late Paul and Antoinette Jovanelly, she was educated in Scranton schools and, before her retirement, was employed as a nurse.
Surviving are a brother, Paul Jovanelly and wife, Kimberly O'Donnell; nephews, Nicholas and James, both of Virginia; nieces, Kathlene, Atlanta, Ga.; and Shannon, Virginia.
Private funeral services were conducted in the Patrick F. Guido Funeral Home, 120 S. Main Ave., Scranton, Interment, Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton.
