Angeline Clark, 92, of Peckville, died Saturday night in Allied Services Skilled Nursing Center, Scranton. She was the widow of Patrick Clark, who died in 1994. The couple was wed on Aug. 28, 1940.
Born Angelina Parmenteri on May 12, 1921, in Jessup, she was the daughter of the late Dominick and Sarah Greco Parmenteri. She was a 1939 graduate of Blakely High School and worked at Peggy Ann Dress Factory, Peckville, from 1949 to 1979. She was a member of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church, Peckville.
Surviving are a son, Patrick Clark, and wife, Linda, Annapolis, Md.; two grandsons, Kevin Clark and wife, Stacy, Santa Cruz, Calif., and Craig Clark and wife, Sally, Austin, Texas; three great-grandchildren, Ryan, Molly and Emma Clark, Santa Cruz; a sister, Beatrice Reeves, Peckville; a brother, the Rev. Francis Parmenteri, Clarks Summit; and nieces and nephews.
She also was preceded in death by three sisters, Ruth Vosburg, Mary Jane White and Josephine Coates.
The funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Hedley W. Mason Funeral Home, 436 Main St., Peckville, with services by the Rev. James Culver and the Rev. Parmenteri. Interment will be in Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst Twp.
Friends may call Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Christian Missionary Alliance Church, 340 Hickory St., Peckville, PA 18452.
