Ann F. Picozzo

Ann F. Picozzo, 76, a resident of Covington Twp., died Tuesday morning at Regional Hospital of Scranton. She was the wife of Vito John "Victor" Picozzo. The couple celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary in September.

Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., daughter of the late Charles and Mary DeAngelo Torregrossa, she was a homemaker and a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church, Covington Twp. Ann was also a very active member of the North Pocono Senior Center, Covington Twp.

Also surviving are two sons, Vito and his wife, Andrea, Covington Twp.; and Michael and his wife, Diane, Covington Twp.; grandchildren, Michael, Vito, Dayna, Steven, Michael and Toniane; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Rose and Fran; and three brothers, her twin Dominick, Salvatore and Anthony.

The funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. in the Gethsemane Baptist Church, 989 Drinker Turnpike, Covington Twp., with the Rev. John Nemo, pastor, to officiate. Interment will follow in Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst.

A viewing will be held Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Brian Arthur Strauch Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 3 First St., Spring Brook Twp.
