Marilyn Fisher Yanni Guzzi, Scranton, died Saturday morning at home after an illness. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Steve Yanni, and second husband, Michael Guzzi.
Born in Scranton, daughter of the late Harold and Hannah Corker Fisher, she was educated in the Scranton School District. She was a seamstress in the local garment industry, and owned and operated Marilyn's Shop on Capouse Avenue for years before retiring.
Surviving are two sons, Ronald and wife, Ellen, East Fallowfield Twp.; and Steven, Scranton; a daughter, Renee Loney and husband, Fred Jr., Scranton; five grandchildren, Steven, Stephanie, John, Mallory and Josh; two great-grandchildren, Brayden and Parker; a niece and a nephew.
The funeral will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Bomberger-Lesko Funeral Home Inc., 1660 N. Main Ave., Scranton. Interment, Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst. Friends may call Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m.
