Rosarii Perry Juric passed away on May 26 in the Commonwealth Hospice of NEPA of the Regional Hospital of Scranton. She was a resident of Silver Spring, Maryland, and worked for many years as an office manager for Long & Foster Reality Company in that city.
She was the daughter of the late Dr. Anthony J. Perry and the late Michelina Alaimo Perry. She grew up in Dunmore and graduated from Marywood Seminary and Marywood University. For several years after graduation she worked as an elementary school teacher
in New Jersey.
She is survived by two brothers, Dr. Anthony M. Perry and wife, Emily of Moosic; and Ronald Perry of Scranton. She is also survived by a nephew, Dr. Anthony J. Perry of Riverside, Illinois; a niece, Ann Perry Mayo; and seven great-nieces and nephews, who she adored. She is also survived by her good friend and companion, Michael Kelliher, also of Silver Spring, Maryland.
She had a joyous spirit and fought courageously and admirably throughout her battle with cancer. She will be missed and her memory cherished by all who knew her.
The funeral will be Saturday with a blessing service at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of the Cathedral Cemetery by the Reverend Sam Ferretti, Pastor of Saint Lucy's Church, West Scranton. Entombment will follow.
