Victor Panebianco

Victor Panebianco, 45, a resident of Scranton, died Friday at Regional Hospice, Scranton, after a long illness. His wife is Michele Powers Panebianco.

Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., son of the late Nicholas and Olga Alvarez Morabito Panebianco, Victor was educated in the New York school system and before his retirement, was employed in the housekeeping and maintenance fields.

A Roman Catholic, Victor was a former member of St. Catherine's Church and the Moscow Fire Department, where he served as a volunteer firefighter.

Also surviving are sons, Nicholas and Victor Panebianco, Mastic Beach, N.Y.; Kyle and Austin Miller, Scranton; a daughter, Diane Panebianco, Mastic Beach, N.Y.; two grandchildren; a brother, Michael, Cape Coral, Fla.; brothers-in-law, Mark and Michael Powers; several nieces and nephews.

In accordance with Victor's wishes, cremation was held at Maple Hill with arrangements entrusted to the Donahue Funeral Home, 303 S. Main Ave., Scranton.
