Pidge, I was at the mass today but did not have the chance to give you my condolences directly. Certainly we will talk this week. I want you to know how much you and Joe have touched my life and it was a pleasure through and through to have been with you through his final journey. I guess the good Lord has his ways. I think HE had this planned out long before you, I, or Joe knew about it. I am so glad that I could get to know Joe in the way I did. He has touched my life DEEPLY. I don't think I'll ever be the same. I'm much better for having known him. I will call you this week and try to connect with you over the coming months. I promised him that I would keep and eye out for you and I intend to keep my word. You have been through a significant loss. Remember to take care of yourself as Joe would have wanted. You were his "SOULMATE", the "LOVE OF HIS LIFE". He made sure to tell me on a variety of occasions. Know that my ongoing prayers will be with you and your family. God Bless.
