Bobbie Jo Giles, 31, of Scranton, died Wednesday morning at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville following a brief illness. Her husband is Nicholas Giles.

Born April 5, 1981, in Scranton, daughter of Robert and Barbara Morgan Hollister of Sterling Twp., Bobbie Jo was educated in the Western Wayne School District and was employed by Gerrity's Supermarkets Inc. of Scranton.

Bobbie Jo loved her husband and two children and was passionate about her writing and photography. "Jo, I will always love you and miss you," Love, Nick. Taken so suddenly from us is leaving a big hole in our lives; you will be missed forever. Until we meet again our sweet angel.

Also surviving are her children, Anthony J. Giles and Cheyenne J. Giles, at home; two sisters, Robin M. Foreman and husband, Jeff, of Sterling Twp.; and Esther M. Burdge of Sterling Twp.; a brother, Clifford E. Hollister and wife, Melissa, of Moscow; her father-in-law, Edward Giles Sr., Scranton; her brother-in-law, Edward Giles Jr., Scranton; sister-in-law, Theresa Slocum and husband, Edward, Scranton; five nieces and eight nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Catherine Giles, in December 2012; and brother-in-law, Rudy Giles, in October 2012.

The funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m. in the Duffy & Snowdon Funeral Home, 401 Church St., Moscow, with the Rev. William Henwood, pastor of Jericho Independent Church as officiating clergy. Friends may call Sunday, 4 to 8 p.m.
