Edward H. Kundla, 52, of Gouldsboro, died Wednesday at his home. His wife of 23 years is the former Mina C. Fritz.

Born July 1, 1960, in Scranton, he was the son of Edward J. Kundla of Jefferson Twp. and Margaret "Peggy" Bird Gellesky of Madison Twp. He was a graduate of North Pocono High School and was a member of American Legion Post 274 of Gouldsboro. He was employed for many years by Price Chopper Inc. in their meat department and was previously employed by Schiff's Cash and Carry of Scranton. He was most recently self employed as an independent business retailer.
Also surviving are two daughters, Carissa Kraszewski and husband, Kyle, of Florida; and Somer L. Kundla, at home; one sister, Janet M. Algar and husband, Thomas, of Madison Twp.; two brothers, William J. Kundla and wife, Iris, of Newfoundland; and Jeffrey W. Kundla and wife, Lynette, of Mount Cobb; nieces and nephews. He is also survived by a stepfather, Robert Gellesky of Madison Twp.
A celebration of life and visitation will be conducted Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Duffy & Snowdon Funeral Home, 401 Church St., Moscow, with the Rev. Arthur W. Davis as officiating clergy. Interment, private, at the convenience of the family.
