Florence "Fremie" Moskowitz, 88, of Old Forge, died Thursday morning in the Jewish Home of Eastern Pennsylvania.

Born in Old Forge, daughter of the late Adolph and Ethel Sommers Moskowitz, she was a graduate of Old Forge High School and was a member of the former Bichor Cholem Congregation of Old Forge.
She was a beloved sister and aunt who will be dearly missed.
Her family would like to thank Becky Freeman for all of the time spent caring for and attending to Fremie. Her kindness is greatly appreciated.
Surviving is a brother, Joseph "Sonny" Moskowitz, Old Forge; as well as nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by sisters, Gladys Stahler, Ruth Bodner and Renee Jaffe.
Graveside services will be held today at 11 a.m. in the Dalton Jewish Cemetery by Rabbi Benny Rapoport. Friends will be received during shiva at the home of her brother at 732 Oak St., Old Forge, today from 2 to 4 p.m.; and Sunday through Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
