Kathleen "Kay" Connolly, 81, a lifelong resident of Scranton, died Saturday morning in Riverside Rehabilitation Center, Taylor.

She was born in Scranton, the daughter of the late Anna Doriscovitch Burke and stepdaughter of the late Joseph Burke. Before retirement, she was employed by Keystone Printing Co.
Surviving are two brothers, Gerald Burke, Scranton; and Jack Connolly, Scranton; nieces, Kelly A. McGarry, Christine Burke-Halpert, Cassandra B. Callahan and Courtney M. Coady; a nephew, Gerald Burke; grandnieces and grandnephews.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Joseph P. Burke.
A blessing service will be Wednesday at 11 a.m., at the Miller Bean Funeral Home Inc., 436 Cedar Ave., Scranton. Interment will follow in Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton.
