Lillian E. White, Waymart, died Thursday at the Creekside Health and Rehabilitation Center, Carbondale, after an illness. She was the widow of the late Milford White.

Born in 1925 in Queens, N.Y., daughter of the late George and Lillian Miller Rodrigues, she was of the Lutheran faith. Before her retirement, she had been employed by Verizon Communications.
Surviving are daughters, Judy Capoccia, Gouldsboro; and Deborah Vassallo, Henderson, Nev.; a sister, Georgianna Mazhawa, New York; three grandchildren, Laura, Robert and Christine; great-grandchildren, Sara, Frankie and Angelo; and several nieces and nephews.
Lillian was also preceded in death by a sister, Alice Vogt.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the James Wilson Funeral Home, 143 Gravity Road, Lake Ariel. Cremation will follow services at the Lake Region Crematory at the James Wilson Funeral Home. Interment of ashes will be in All Faiths Lutheran Cemetery, Middle Village, N.Y.
