Lloyd W. Marvin, 65, of Hallstead, Pa., went to be with the Lord on Dec. 28, 2012.

He was predeceased by his parents, Floyd C. and Marian M. Roche Marvin; and a son, Lloyd W. Marvin Jr.
He is survived by three children, Kerri Anne Marvin and fiancé, Lawrence O. Travis; Jason William and Danielle Marie Marvin; and Robert James Marvin and fiancée, Christie Hurlburt; five grandchildren, Emily, Nicholas, Rhaya, Colton and Michael; his twin brothers, Floyd and Robin Marvin; a brother, Jerry Marvin; a sister, Debbie Marvin; several nieces and nephews.
Before his retirement, he was employed as a lineman with NYSEG for 33 years. Lloyd enjoyed hunting, fishing, hiking, writing and antiquing. He could often be found very early in the morning having coffee with his brothers and friends. He loved spending quality time with his grandchildren. Lloyd will be dearly missed and always remembered by his friends and family.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 6 p.m., at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home Inc., Hallstead. Spring inurnment will be made in the North Jackson Cemetery.
Friends may call from 3 to 6, before the service.
