Mary L. Calogero of Scranton died Friday June 21, 2013, at Hospice Community Care, Dunmore. She was the widow of Andrew M. Calogero, who died February 6, 2003.

Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Armando and Catherine Julio Liberatori; she was educated in Scranton Schools and, prior to her retirement, had worked in the local garment industry.
Mary was a member of St. Patrick's Church, West Scranton.
Surviving are her son, Stephen Krayter, Boca Raton, Fla.; a daughter, Cindy Casciano and husband, Chris, Scranton; two granddaughters, Mary Kay Casciano; and Carol Lee Gibbs and husband, Michael, all of Scranton; a grandson, Chris Casciano Jr., Blakely; great-grandson Cameron Gibbs, Scranton; a brother, Edward Liberatori, Clark Summit; two sisters, Angie Garzarella and Theresa Sylvester, both Scranton; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be conducted on Wednesday from the Solfanelli-Fiorillo Funeral Home Inc., 1030 N. Main Ave., with Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Patrick's Church, 1403 Jackson St. Entombment, Cathedral Cemetery Mausoleum.
