Michael J. Millow, Fairport, N.Y., formerly of Scranton, died March 18 after an illness. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, the former Bernadette Kimit, of Erie.

Born in Scranton, September 24, 1935, he was the son of the late Michael and Mary Hrinda Millow. He was a graduate of Scranton Central High School, class of 1953. He served in the U.S. Navy and graduated from Penn State University with a degree in engineering.
He is also survived by his children, Mary (Jeff Thomas) Millow, Mike (Cynthia) Millow, Ann (Roy Warner) Turner and Amy (Matt) Harris; his grandchildren, Brian (Tabitha) Turner, Craig Turner, Michael and Paul Millow, and Connor and Jacob Harris. He is also survived by four sisters, Mary Ann McLaughlin and her husband, Chuck; Anna Mae Lehman and her husband, Stanley; Sister Helen Millow, O.S.B.M.; and Jean Morgan and her husband, Ken; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home, 7501 Pittsford Palmyra Road, Fairport. The funeral Mass will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. John of Rochester Church, Fairport.
